
Partner Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate with Partner Managers and partner stakeholders to co-create annual and quarterly marketing plans.
• Identify target segments, joint value propositions, messaging, and use cases for each collaboration.
• Ensure alignment of partner go-to-market (GTM) strategies with marketing, sales, and product initiatives.
• Lead initiatives including co-branded webinars, events, digital campaigns, email nurturing, content creation, and social media promotions.
• Oversee marketing co-op budgets and monitor return on investment (ROI).
• Manage co-branded materials, landing pages, and creative assets.
• Generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced leads through coordinated marketing programs.
• Work closely with Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, and Business Development Representative (BDR) teams on lead routing, attribution, and follow-up processes.
• Track campaign performance and refine leads, pipeline, conversions, and cost per lead.
• Create partner content kits and enablement toolkits.
• Develop sales enablement resources including battlecards, pitch decks, solution briefs, ROI calculators, and messaging frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with co-branding standards set by TCP and partner brand guidelines.
• Manage joint speaking engagements, thought leadership content, press releases, customer success stories, and partner marketplace listings.
• Maintain a KPI dashboard for partner marketing and provide regular reports, insights, and quarterly business reviews.
• Suggest strategic enhancements based on performance metrics and insights.
• Execute 3–5 impactful co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners within the first six months.
• 3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within SaaS or technology partnerships, including 1-2 years in a Partner Marketing position.
• Proven track record in executing co-marketing or channel marketing initiatives with enterprise technology partners.
• Strong project management capabilities, along with cross-functional teamwork and stakeholder communication skills.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) and experience in tracking attribution.
• Ability to manage budgets and assess the return on marketing investments.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in metrics and data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Capability to sit for extended periods at a desk and work on a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
