This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily management of supplier relationships, including job boards, media agencies, and other recruiting service providers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for supplier inquiries, managing and directing requests to the appropriate internal owner within an established service level agreement.
• Handle supplier integration, migration, and the launch of new products from sales enablement to operational implementation.
• Take charge of strategic marketplace projects from inception to completion, identifying and defining needs, scope, milestones, timelines, stakeholders, and expected outcomes.
• Ensure the supplier catalogue, pricing, and product data across the marketplace are accurate and up to date.
• Monitor supplier margins and contribute to the overall take rate of the marketplace; seek and develop new commercial opportunities with both existing and new suppliers.
• Create scalable, documented processes for supplier operations, utilizing segmentation and automation to address recurring topics systematically instead of reactively.
• Identify and implement AI-supported automation workflows that enhance supplier operations and transform individual practices into reliable workflows for the broader team.
• Proficient in both German and English, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Over 5 years of professional experience, including a background in managing supplier, vendor, or partner relationships, preferably in a job board, media agency, or recruiting services environment.
• Proven ability to manage structured projects independently from planning to delivery.
• Basic knowledge of API and data integration, with a capacity to develop deeper technical fluency over time.
• A history of combining hands-on operational execution with strategic, high-level thinking.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder structures, both internal and external.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI for automation and simplifying workflows.
• Preferred: Background in commercial or sales, with experience in negotiating terms, margins, or conditions with external partners.
