Partner Manager, Learning Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Initiate discussions with coaches to identify their specific needs.

• Oversee a pipeline of multiple partners simultaneously, ensuring clear next steps are defined.

• Evaluate AI-generated outlines, PDFs, and courses, offering detailed feedback and approving final deliverables.

• Engage in discussions regarding outcomes with partners to further enhance learning programs.

• Create commercially feasible learning programs, including pricing strategies, entry-level offerings, subscriptions, and upgrades.

• Assess the effectiveness post-launch and utilize insights to inform the next cycle of program development.

• Collaborate closely with the founder.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in consulting or managing partners and customers, taking end-to-end responsibility, preferably in coaching, professional development, EdTech, or SaaS.

• A structured approach to work while juggling multiple stakeholders concurrently.

• A commercial mindset with the ability to calculate business models effectively.

• A solid understanding of how individuals learn and remain engaged.

• Experience in Learning and Development is an advantage.

• Proficient in evaluating the quality of texts and concepts while providing precise feedback.

• Confident in the use of AI tools.

• Fluent in German.

• Proficient in English.

• Must be based in Germany.
