This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the main contact for a designated portfolio of strategic and referral partners.
• Foster relationships within partner sales and leadership teams.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of partner products, services, and go-to-market strategies.
• Advocate for OSV’s capabilities among partner sales teams and internal go-to-market stakeholders.
• Co-facilitate partner meetings and lead partner calls, which include developing agendas, preparing materials, and providing summaries.
• Manage partner opportunities, encompassing PRM entries, co-sell pipelines, and tracking partner-influenced revenue.
• Leverage partner relationships to identify new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with OSV sales leadership to cultivate ecosystem pipelines.
• Connect partner sales teams with the relevant OSV stakeholders for client opportunities.
• Gather and maintain partner-facing materials in a centralized location.
• Establish internal relationships across sales, marketing, and legal departments to support partner-driven sales cycles.
• Suggest enhancements to the partner program to leadership.
• Represent OSV at partner events, summits, and site visits.
• Over 5 years of experience in partner management, channel management, or alliance operations, with a focus on relationship-building and business development.
• Practical experience across various HCM/ERP ecosystems, such as Workday, UKG, and SAP SuccessFactors or comparable platforms.
• Familiarity with partner management systems like Salesforce PRM and Crossbeam.
• Outstanding relationship-building capabilities.
• Strong project management and sales orientation; detail-oriented, organized, and adept at handling multiple priorities.
• Proven track record of success in a growing organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated individual who takes initiative and engages confidently with all management levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly strong in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% for partner events and meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in supporting partner marketing or content initiatives is preferred.
• Familiarity with co-sell strategies and innovative incentive structures is preferred.
