Partner Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Act as the strategic leader of Loop’s logistics approach throughout the EMEA region.

• Oversee and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities sourced from partners.

• Collaborate with go-to-market leadership and Account Executive teams on intricate sales processes.

• Propel Loop’s revenue growth by achieving quarterly pipeline objectives.

• Develop and implement joint business strategies with partners.

• Formulate go-to-market strategies that promote mutual advantages and pipeline expansion.

• Establish robust relationships with essential partners.

• Work alongside PMM, Marketing, and Sales on regional branding initiatives, co-marketing efforts, case studies, and events.

• Create region-specific growth strategies for key partners and put those strategies into action.

• Manage Loop’s network of logistics partners and act as the representative of the partner ecosystem.

• Collaborate with Agency/Tech Partner managers and logistics PMs based in North America.

• Team up with Product and Engineering to launch and expand logistics integrations.

• Enhance internal awareness of partnerships among employees who interact with merchants.

• Travel frequently to meet ecosystem partners face-to-face.


⛳️ Requirements

• Profound knowledge of the UK D2C e-commerce logistics and backend operations landscape.

• Established local connections with logistics partners, including WMS providers, 3PLs, and carriers.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in channel or logistics sales in a client-facing capacity.

• Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets.

• Experience in managing and forecasting a sales pipeline.

• Proven ability to create go-to-market playbooks.

• Highly resourceful with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Capability to work independently in a dynamic company environment.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional, global teams.

• Understanding of logistics business practices, trends, and technology.

• Strategic agility with the ability to foresee relationship and decision-making dynamics.

• Excellent active listening and communication abilities.

• Willingness and capacity to travel 20% of the time.
