This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify, onboard, and cultivate go-to-market partners, such as consultancies, resellers, cloud marketplaces, ISVs, and system integrators.
• Work alongside partners to create joint value propositions and go-to-market strategies for key industries and enterprise applications.
• Lead partner enablement initiatives through training sessions, certifications, and sales collateral development.
• Serve as an advocate for partners within the organization and provide feedback to enhance products and collaboration efforts.
• Structure and negotiate partnership agreements, incentives, and success metrics.
• Drive pipeline growth through partner channels and collaborate with sales teams on co-selling initiatives.
• Track joint deals, monitor partner-influenced pipelines, and assess revenue impact.
• Build and scale partner programs, onboarding processes, partner portals, and reporting tools.
• Define partner success metrics and conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to foster partner growth.
• Keep abreast of trends in enterprise AI and evolving go-to-market models.
• Represent Ema at industry events, partner conferences, and ecosystem forums.
• Over 5 years of experience in a partner management role within a SaaS, enterprise software, or AI organization.
• A proven history of sourcing, enabling, and scaling go-to-market partnerships that have positively impacted sales results.
• Knowledge of partner program design, including incentives, marketing development funds (MDF), and co-sell playbooks.
• Profound understanding of enterprise sales dynamics, particularly in AI and automation sectors.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to act swiftly and execute effectively in a startup environment.
• Familiarity with agentic AI, robotic process automation (RPA), enterprise workflow automation, or large language model-based platforms.
• Experience collaborating with cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) or consulting/system integrator ecosystems.
• Prior experience with revenue operations tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or partner relationship management (PRM) systems.
• Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and logical reasoning skills.
• Capacity to work collaboratively in a dynamic startup atmosphere.
