This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with members of the Outside Sales team to enhance site-based customer outreach and achieve significant market penetration.
• Acquire new and repeat business through the cultivation of customer relationships, virtual meetings, and outbound calls.
• Consistently meet or surpass regular activity targets.
• Partner with schools and childcare centers to evaluate both emerging and ongoing needs.
• Conduct virtual product presentations showcasing proprietary services, professional development, and tailored solutions.
• Perform online research on local, state, and national trends along with funding opportunities in early childhood and elementary education.
• Collaborate with department leadership to develop and refine sales strategies.
• Work with external sales, retail, and professional services teams to assist educators.
• Identify sales leads and work alongside the sales team to bolster market support.
• Attend weekly team meetings focused on departmental initiatives and strategies.
• Assist with special projects, including partnerships with outside sales and national or state campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience in making high-volume outbound sales calls in either an Inside Sales or Outside Sales capacity is essential.
• Preferred: A proven track record of sales success within the early childhood and K–5 education sectors, along with familiarity with industry dynamics and decision-making processes.
• Strong work ethic and a collaborative team player mindset.
• Capability to deliver exceptional work from a home office environment.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to address customer needs at all levels.
• Highly coachable, enthusiastic about learning, and open to receiving feedback.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) is preferred.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
