This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Collaborate with the Outside Sales team to enhance customer outreach at sites and penetrate key markets.
• Build strong internal and cross-functional relationships.
• Acquire new and repeat business through virtual meetings and outbound calls.
• Achieve or surpass standard activity targets.
• Partner with schools and childcare facilities to evaluate their emerging and ongoing needs.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations for proprietary services, including Complete Classrooms®, professional development, and tailored solutions.
• Perform online research on local, state, and national trends and funding opportunities in early learning and elementary education.
• Collaborate with department leadership to develop and adjust sales strategies.
• Work together with outside sales, retail, and professional services teams to support educators.
• Identify sales opportunities and work with the sales team to foster market support.
• Attend weekly team meetings focused on departmental initiatives and strategies.
• Assist with special projects, including partnerships in outside sales and national or state campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proven experience in making high-volume outbound sales calls in either an Inside Sales or Outside Sales role.
• Preferred: a strong history of sales success in the early childhood (EC) and K–5 education sectors.
• Preferred: in-depth knowledge of the industry’s dynamics and decision-making processes.
• Strong work ethic, team-oriented mindset, and the ability to deliver exceptional work remotely.
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to address customer needs at all levels (teachers, administrators, directors).
• Highly coachable, with a willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a personal drive to improve and succeed.
• Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
• Preferred proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Must reside within the United States.
