This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Plan, track, and oversee partner-led implementations, technical readiness initiatives, and enablement milestones.
• Manage action items, risks, challenges, dependencies, status updates, and ensure follow-through on escalations.
• Maintain program documentation including trackers, RAID logs, readiness checklists, and compliance tools for playbooks.
• Assist in reporting, preparation for steering committee meetings, readiness assessments, and governance discussions.
• Oversee the daily partner management process.
• Facilitate partner onboarding, product training, methodology workshops, certification processes, and technical enablement.
• Keep playbooks, implementation guides, best practices, training materials, and enablement documents updated in the partner portal and LMS.
• Act as the primary contact for partners on a daily basis and collect feedback to enhance program structure, training, governance, and resources.
• Guide partners through the Malbek CLM setup, solution design, customer use cases, and best practices for implementation.
• Review partner configurations to ensure they align with Malbek standards and customer needs.
• Provide guidance on workflow automation, approvals, data migration, integrations, AI-enabled features, quality assurance testing, and configurations focused on adoption.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Legal Studies, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, project coordination, partner programs, customer success, technical enablement, product training, or delivery operations.
• Familiarity with implementation plans, trackers, RAID logs, readiness checklists, status reporting, governance meetings, escalations, configuration reviews, and partner enablement activities.
• Capability to learn enterprise software configuration, translate requirements into actionable guidance, and resolve functional or technical delivery queries.
• Preferred experience with CLM processes, workflow design, SaaS configuration, data migration, integrations, APIs, reporting, AI-enabled features, partner portals, LMS platforms, CRM systems, or partner ecosystems.
• Strong skills in documentation, communication, presentation, training, facilitation, analysis, and problem-solving.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote-first setting.
• Capacity to build strong relationships, trust, and influence without direct authority.
• Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States.
