This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of and manage structured onboarding programs for newly signed reseller partners, encompassing technical/platform onboarding, sales training, value-selling techniques, and partner marketing support.
• Develop and sustain a partner enablement curriculum, which includes onboarding pathways, certification/training resources, playbooks, battlecards, and value-selling frameworks customized for FMC, telematics, and VAR partners.
• Create a continuous enablement schedule for platform updates, new features, pricing/packaging modifications, and revised marketing communications.
• Collect partner requirements, direct them to Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement, or Support, and ensure follow-up once addressed.
• Collaborate with Partner Account Management to pinpoint enablement deficiencies utilizing partner health, ramp speed, and performance metrics.
• Improve and uphold partner-facing training materials and documentation in a consistent, brand-aligned style.
• Monitor and report on enablement success, including onboarding completion rates/time-to-ramp, training participation, and certification statistics.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Marketing, Support, and Legal as necessary, regarding releases and go-to-market strategies.
• Assist in partner-facing events such as kickoffs, QBRs, and partner summits by providing enablement content and materials.
• Keep precise records of partner enablement status in Salesforce or other partner tracking systems.
• Over 5 years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, channel program management, or partner onboarding — preferably in B2B SaaS, fleet, telematics, or a similar field.
• Established capability to design and implement structured onboarding/enablement programs from the ground up, rather than merely executing an existing framework.
• Exceptionally organized and polished — adept at managing multiple onboarding programs and partner groups simultaneously, each at varying stages, without sacrificing accuracy or missing deadlines.
• Strong program management skills: capable of establishing a repeatable operational rhythm (not just isolated training events) and holding cross-functional stakeholders accountable to it.
• Comfortable navigating the entire enablement spectrum — technical/platform onboarding, sales training, value-selling techniques, and partner marketing support.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities; skilled at converting internal product/pricing/messaging updates into clear, partner-ready materials.
• Experience in creating training content, playbooks, or certification programs (experience with LMS is an advantage).
• Confident in acting as a cross-functional liaison — able to engage Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support to address partner needs effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM/partner tracking tools (Salesforce or similar).
• Knowledge of the fleet management, telematics, or FMC/VAR reseller market is a significant advantage.
• Various health/dental insurance options (100% coverage for employees, 50% for families).
• Vision insurance.
• Incentive stock options.
• 401(k) matching of 4%.
• Paid time off - 4 weeks (increases after the second year!).
• 12 company holidays plus 2 floating holidays.
• Parental leave - 16 weeks paid for birthing parents, 4 weeks paid for non-birthing parents.
• Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options.
• Short and long-term disability coverage (100% paid for short term).
• Community service funding.
• Professional development funding.
• Wellbeing fund - $150 quarterly.
• Business expense stipend - $125 quarterly.
• Mac laptop and new hire equipment stipend.
• Fully stocked kitchen with a variety of drinks and snacks (BHM only).
• Remote work friendly since 2012.
