Partner Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct organized, high-volume outbound outreach to key stakeholders in cloud partnerships, including field sellers, partner managers, and solution architects.

• Collaborate with prioritized customer accounts and partner teams to identify and cultivate joint opportunities.

• Initiate discovery conversations to present joint value propositions and uncover customer requirements.

• Generate qualified opportunities sourced through partners and advance early pipeline development.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner-driven opportunities, ensuring ongoing partner engagement.

• Establish and maintain relationships with hyperscaler stakeholders across various regions and sectors.

• Deliver partner-aligned communications tailored to hyperscaler initiatives and priorities.

• Work in conjunction with Partner, Sales, and Technical teams to activate and promote co-selling strategies.

• Evaluate early-stage opportunities and manage progression from Stage 0 to Stage 1.

• Facilitate the transition to Sales and maintain engagement throughout the early stages of deals.

• Organize and coordinate initial meetings among partners, customers, and internal teams.

• Oversee outreach cadences and communications using SalesLoft and UserGems.

• Ensure follow-up on initiatives led by partners.

• Gather insights and feedback to enhance targeting, messaging, and outreach tactics.

• Assist in cross-functional coordination for partner-driven activities.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, partner development, or related channel roles.

• Proven success in outbound prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, and partner channels.

• Experience collaborating with or alongside cloud partners (Azure, GCP, or AWS).

• Capability to conduct discovery conversations and qualify opportunities, including technical use cases.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms and ecosystems (Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS).

• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple outreach streams concurrently.

• Effective and concise communication skills with a strong ability to follow through.

• Established ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

• Experience in data, cloud, or enterprise software product environments is preferred.

• Familiarity with co-selling strategies and partner programs is preferred.

• Exposure to technical concepts such as data pipelines, cloud architecture, or real-time data processing is preferred.
