Partner Development Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and expand i2's partner ecosystem in North America to enhance market reach, broaden delivery capabilities, increase customer value, and drive revenue growth.

• Recruit, onboard, empower, and nurture high-value partners throughout the United States and Canada.

• Create a scalable partner program that promotes organizational leverage and business growth.

• Establish the framework, relationships, and operational model to maximize the business impact generated by partners.

• Identify, recruit, and activate strategic partnerships.

• Cultivate relationships with system integrators, consulting firms, value-added resellers (VARs), technology alliances, and referral partners.

• Develop and maintain a pipeline for partner recruitment.

• Assess geographic, industry, and capability coverage gaps.

• Design and implement partner onboarding programs.

• Coordinate training and certification initiatives.

• Create resources and content for partner enablement.

• Develop joint business plans and collaborate on co-selling initiatives with sales teams.

• Drive demand generation activities led by partners.

• Support account planning and deal registration programs.

• Conduct Partner Business Reviews and formulate partner growth strategies.

• Enhance partner participation in customer success, retention, and expansion initiatives.

• Monitor partner performance and optimize engagement strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Partner Development, Channel Sales, Alliances, Business Development, or Ecosystem Growth.

• Demonstrated success in recruiting and developing strategic partnerships.

• Experience in creating partner programs, onboarding frameworks, or enablement initiatives.

• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.

• Strong skills in relationship-building, presentation, and communication.

• Capacity to collaborate across various functions, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success.

• Preference for candidates with experience in enterprise software or SaaS.

• Background in public safety, intelligence, investigative analytics, cybersecurity, or government technology is preferred.

• Experience working with system integrators, consulting firms, and strategic alliances is preferred.

• Experience in building partner programs from the ground up is preferred.

• Willingness to travel approximately 25%-40% across the United States and Canada.
