This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.
• Develop and enhance a strategic partner ecosystem throughout North America.
• Identify, recruit, and activate new strategic partnership opportunities.
• Cultivate relationships with system integrators, consulting firms, VARs, technology alliances, and referral partners.
• Create and maintain a pipeline for partner recruitment.
• Assess gaps in geographic, industry, and capability coverage.
• Implement partner recruitment strategies aligned with corporate growth goals.
• Design and execute programs for onboarding partners.
• Coordinate training and certification programs.
• Develop content and resources to enable partners.
• Ensure partners comprehend i2 solutions, value propositions, and target markets.
• Establish success milestones for partners.
• Create joint business plans in collaboration with strategic partners.
• Implement co-selling initiatives alongside sales teams.
• Promote partner-led demand generation efforts.
• Assist with account planning and deal registration processes.
• Aid partners in identifying and qualifying business opportunities.
• Conduct regular Partner Business Reviews.
• Formulate partner growth strategies.
• Enhance partner participation in customer success initiatives.
• Support strategies focused on retention and expansion.
• Monitor partner performance to optimize engagement.
• Collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.
• Over 5 years of experience in Partner Development, Channel Sales, Alliances, Business Development, or Ecosystem Growth.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting and developing strategic partners.
• Experience in building partner programs, onboarding frameworks, or enablement initiatives.
• Proven capability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.
• Excellent skills in relationship-building, presentation, and communication.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success teams.
• Preferred experience in enterprise software or SaaS.
• Preferred background in public safety, intelligence, investigative analytics, cybersecurity, or government technology.
• Experience working with system integrators, consulting firms, and strategic alliances is preferred.
• Preferred experience in building partner programs from the ground up.
• Target OTE: $175,000 - $200,000+
• Flexible remote work arrangement.
• Approximately 25%-40% travel required across the United States and Canada.
