This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with Ernst & Young as a key System Integrator partner
• Enhance and broaden collaboration between Snowflake and Ernst & Young to stimulate growth
• Expand the Ernst & Young partnership across the Americas
• Foster growth with shared customers
• Implement essential go-to-market initiatives
• Establish vital executive connections
• Empower partners to enhance their Snowflake expertise
• Ensure customer success
• Develop comprehensive joint business strategies
• Collaborate on unified go-to-market tactics, strategic goals, and targeted markets/industries
• Define collaborative industry solutions and offerings that showcase capabilities and distinguish the partner
• Meet partnership objectives, including sales quotas and marketing efforts
• Motivate Ernst & Young to expand its Snowflake practices
• Assess partner proficiency, capabilities, and delivery quality, activating go-to-market strategies as necessary
• Outline certification growth strategies and assist partner development
• Build relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
• Oversee the alliance development lifecycle and manage the holistic relationship
• Work alongside product development, sales, sales engineering, professional services, legal, and marketing teams
• Relay partner and customer insights to relevant teams
• Collaborate with technical specialists on solution development
• Organize and implement co-marketing initiatives, including events, webinars, and content creation
• Support partner program and sales process navigation, including deal registration, proposal assistance, reporting, and sales leadership alignment
• Monitor partner performance against defined metrics, adapting priorities, taking risks, and employing creative thinking to achieve results
• Over 8 years of experience in partnerships, strategic alliances, sales, marketing, or business development within the technology sector
• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
• More than 8 years of experience in channel sales or channel program management with revenue target accountability
• Proven track record and established relationships with Snowflake’s System Integrators
• Preferred knowledge of Cloud environments
• Ability to manage global and regional business strategies, tracking and communicating partner progress
• Strong executive presence and professionalism
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Robust problem-solving abilities
• Capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Estimated travel commitment of 25-50%
• Must adhere to Snowflake’s confidentiality and security standards, as well as the data security plan
• Required to maintain the security and confidentiality of customer information
• Commission structure; total on-target earnings ranging from $236,000 to $309,750
