This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.
• Act as a trusted advisor to partners, fostering mutually advantageous relationships that align with HPE business goals.
• Propel end-to-end HPE revenue, profitability, and pipeline through collaborative business plans and data-informed sales initiatives.
• Communicate HPE's global and local business strategies to facilitate selling with, to, and through partners.
• Acquire a deep understanding of partner priorities, industry trends, the IT landscape, investment strategies, HPE priorities, and technology.
• Cultivate relationships with partners to enhance HPE's market presence.
• Organize HPE activities with partners, encompassing sales rhythms, education, marketing, executive briefings, forecasting, business planning, and client interactions.
• Advance HPE's marketing strategy through customer engagement.
• Implement HPE strategies, programs, and systems on behalf of partners.
• Customize selling solutions utilizing HPE products, services, and technology alliances to meet set quotas.
• Identify and nurture relationships with new partners.
• Oversee partner sales environments to assist in pipeline development.
• Ensure partners are aware of and adhere to HPE SBC requirements and relevant legal obligations.
• Must reside in the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Willingness to travel across Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, New Jersey, and the Philadelphia area.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 3 years in sales or account management roles.
• Proven ability to cultivate positive relationships and resolve customer issues.
• Familiarity with current technology trends and corresponding HPE strategies.
• Capacity to convey technology strategies to partners effectively.
• Skill in influencing partners and expanding HPE's business footprint.
• Solid understanding of business and financial principles.
• Knowledge of HPE products and technology partnerships.
• Insight into partner industries, trends, competitors, and channels.
• Ability to forge relationships with partners and internal teams.
• Understanding of financial accounting concepts.
• Proficient in sales forecasting.
• Strong, professional verbal and written communication skills.
