This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.
• Act as a reliable adviser to partners and cultivate mutually beneficial relationships that align with HPE's objectives.
• Drive the complete HPE revenue cycle, profitability, and pipeline through collaborative business plans and data-driven sales initiatives.
• Communicate HPE's global and local business strategies to effectively sell with, to, and through partners.
• Gain insights into partner priorities, industry trends, the IT landscape, investment strategies, HPE priorities, and technology.
• Foster partnerships to increase HPE's market presence.
• Organize HPE initiatives including sales rhythm, education, marketing, executive briefings, forecasting, business planning, and client interactions.
• Implement HPE strategies, programs, and systems in collaboration with partners.
• Customize selling solutions that involve HPE products, services, and technology alliances to meet assigned quotas.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with new partners as necessary.
• Observe partner sales environments to assist in pipeline development when required.
• Ensure partners are informed and compliant with HPE SBC requirements and relevant legal obligations.
• Travel across the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Must reside within the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Willing to travel throughout Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, New Jersey, and the Philadelphia area.
• Over 3 years of experience in sales or account management.
• Proven experience in developing positive relationships and addressing customer challenges.
• Familiarity with current technology trends and associated HPE strategies.
• Capacity to influence partners and grow HPE business.
• Comprehension of business and financial principles.
• Knowledge of HPE products and their competitive positioning.
• Insight into partner industries, trends, competitors, and channels.
• Ability to forge relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Understanding of financial accounting concepts.
• Proficient in sales forecasting and addressing sales gaps.
• Professional, clear, and effective in both verbal and written communication.
• Skilled in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to innovate and proactively enhance sales efforts.
