This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.
• Act as a trusted consultant to partners, fostering mutually beneficial relationships that align with HPE's priorities.
• Drive comprehensive HPE revenue, profitability, and pipeline through collaborative business plans and data-driven sales initiatives.
• Communicate HPE's global and local business strategies to facilitate sales with, to, and through partners.
• Acquire knowledge of partner priorities, industry trends, IT landscapes, investment strategies, HPE goals, and technology.
• Cultivate relationships with partners to enhance HPE's market presence.
• Coordinate HPE initiatives with partners, including sales cadence, education, marketing, executive briefings, forecasting, business planning, and client interactions.
• Propel HPE's marketing strategy through customer engagement.
• Implement HPE strategies, programs, and systems alongside and on behalf of partners.
• Customize selling solutions utilizing HPE products, services, and technology alliances to meet assigned quotas.
• Recruit and nurture relationships with new partners as necessary.
• Monitor partner sales environments to assist in pipeline development when required.
• Ensure partners are informed of and adhere to HPE's SBC requirements and relevant legal obligations.
• Must reside within the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Willingness to travel throughout Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, New Jersey, and the Philadelphia area.
• Over 3 years of sales or account management experience.
• Proven experience in fostering positive relationships and resolving customer issues.
• Knowledge of current technology trends and associated HPE strategies.
• Capability to influence partners and expand HPE's business footprint.
• Strong understanding of business and financial principles.
• Familiarity with HPE products and technological solutions.
• Insight into partner industries, trends, competitors, and the channel landscape.
• Comprehension of partner and internal business dynamics.
• Knowledge of financial accounting concepts, including income statements, balance sheets, and revenue forecasting.
• Ability to project sales quotas and address sales gaps effectively.
• Professional and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Capacity to innovate and proactively advance sales initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
