This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Act as a trusted advisor to partners and cultivate mutually beneficial relationships.
• Propel end-to-end HPE revenue, profitability, and pipeline through collaborative business plans and data-driven sales initiatives.
• Clearly convey HPE's global and local business strategies to engage with, sell to, and collaborate through partners.
• Enhance understanding of partner priorities, industry trends, IT landscapes, investment strategies, HPE priorities, and HPE technology.
• Organize HPE activities in conjunction with partners, including sales cadence, education, marketing, executive briefings, forecasting, business planning, and client interactions.
• Advance HPE marketing strategies via customer engagement.
• Execute HPE strategies, programs, and systems on behalf of and alongside partners.
• Customize HPE products, services, and technology alliances to fit partner customer profiles and assigned quotas.
• Identify and foster relationships with new partners.
• Oversee partner sales activities to assist in pipeline development.
• Ensure that partners are aware of and comply with HPE's SBC requirements and relevant legal obligations.
• Located in Atlanta, Georgia, or Virginia.
• Anticipated travel of 50%.
• University or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Typically, a minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
• Strong background in partner sales is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with current technology trends and HPE's strategic direction.
• Capability to influence partners and drive effective sales solutions.
• Comprehension of business and financial principles.
• Knowledge of HPE products and their competitive standing.
• Insight into partner industries, trends, competitors, and channels.
• Skill in building relationships with partners and internal business teams.
• Understanding of financial accounting concepts.
• Proficiency in sales forecasting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
