Partner Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Define node labels and edge types that represent the relationships among designers, garments, style attributes, trends, occasions, and editorial articles.

• Develop workflows that process structured JSON payloads and load them into the graph database in batch mode.

• Match extracted item mentions to product nodes in a catalog of over 50,000 SKUs using attribute-overlap scoring and confidence thresholds for matching.

• Remove duplicate items that appear inconsistently across various articles.

• Assign relationship weights according to editorial prominence to impact recommendation ordering.

• Design and optimize openCypher traversal queries, including multi-hop queries, ensuring relevant results are returned in under three seconds for Amazon Bedrock Agents.

• Collaborate with the Machine Learning Developer and GenAI Agent Developer to ensure the graph structure aligns with retrieval and recommendation requirements.

• Assist in conducting technical interviews and validating new members of the graph database workstream team as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 or higher), capable of communicating directly with international stakeholders.

• Extensive experience with Amazon Neptune and the property graph data model.

• Proficient in writing and optimizing openCypher queries, including multi-hop traversals under latency constraints.

• Experience in designing graph schemas and evaluating the trade-offs of different modeling approaches.

• Skilled in building entity resolution logic, including fuzzy matching, scoring algorithms, and deduplication across various data sources.

• Strong Python programming skills for data engineering, particularly in batch processing structured data payloads.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced staff augmentation environment alongside an established client team.

• Previous experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce catalogs.

• AWS certification in databases or data analytics.

• Experience integrating graph databases with generative AI agents, such as Amazon Bedrock Agents.

• Familiarity with recommendation systems or ranking/weighting logic for content surfacing.
