Part-Time WordPress, Web Optimization Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and tailor responsive website designs utilizing Divi 5

• Conduct site speed evaluations

• Refine code and optimize images for better performance

• Set up caching mechanisms

• Enhance Core Web Vitals, encompassing LCP, FID/INP, and CLS

• Provide clear and regular updates regarding task progress

• Identify bottlenecks promptly and pose clarifying questions to prevent issues

• Resolve plugin conflicts effectively

• Update WordPress cores and themes as needed

• Ensure overall site health and security

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in building and managing WordPress websites

• Proficiency with Divi 5’s framework, modules, and performance features

• Strong knowledge of speed assessment tools (GTmetrix, Google PageSpeed Insights)

• Familiarity with asset minification, image compression, database optimization, and CDN implementation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to provide daily/weekly progress updates independently without micromanagement

• Capacity to commit 20 consistent hours each week

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS for custom adjustments beyond Divi modules (preferred)

• Experience with server-level caching or optimizations specific to hosting providers, including WP Engine, SiteGround, or Cloudflare (preferred)
