Part-Time Territory Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Promote and ensure top-tier merchandising for Hershey brands.

• Construct displays, enhance the distribution of best-selling products, and restock permanent secondary displays.

• Visit around 6-10+ accounts each day.

• Implement sales priorities and support retail strategies within a designated territory.

• Collaborate with store leadership, internal teams, and colleagues to execute strategies and address challenges.

• Sell and uphold 100% distribution of all authorized Hershey products within the assigned area.

• Carry out Headquarter Sales and Merchandising Plans across various retailers.

• Meet merchandising goals utilizing Permanent Secondary Displays and other display methods.

• Provide weekly reports on activities, expenses, account modifications, promotions, and administrative tasks.

• Log daily activities using tablets at the end of each workday.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver’s license issued by a US state.

• Must have a personal vehicle that is in good working condition.

• Must maintain personal auto insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000 per person / $100,000 per accident / $100,000 property damage; the policy must allow for business use.

• Must reside in or be willing to commute within the specified territory boundaries outlined in the job description.

• Must be capable of driving long distances to conduct multiple sales calls daily.

• Must be able to regularly lift 10-40 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Must frequently be able to bend, kneel, stoop, and demonstrate manual dexterity, with or without reasonable accommodations.

• Must be proficient in using tablet technology.

• Must have daily access to wireless internet.

• Must exhibit flexibility and adaptability to changes in territory coverage.

• Must be available to work 20-25 hours per week.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.

• 3-4 years of food merchandising experience is preferred but not mandatory.
