Part Time Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to identify staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Identify and attract talent through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, community outreach, and events.

• Evaluate candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain a robust pipeline for manufacturing, skilled labor, or other designated roles.

• Foster relationships with candidates while ensuring timely and professional communication.

• Represent the organization at career fairs, workforce events, and community initiatives.

• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance the candidate experience.

• Ensure that recruitment practices are in line with company policies and EEO regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of recruiting or HR experience, ideally in manufacturing, industrial, or high-volume recruitment.

• Proficiency with sourcing tools, ATS systems, and recruitment best practices.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• A proactive approach and enthusiasm for matching the right candidates with the right opportunities.
