Part-Time Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in selling life insurance and cultivate new business on a part-time basis

• Conduct virtual client meetings at times chosen by you

• Address warm leads from families who have expressed interest

• Suggest appropriate products from a variety of insurance providers

• Utilize provided scripts, training, mentorship, and proven sales systems

• Establish and manage a renewable book of business

• Earn renewal income and have the option to build a team for additional override income

• Submit your resume and respond to two application questions

• Engage in a 20-minute conversation if selected

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. residency is required for licensing

• Must be eligible to work in the United States

• A commitment of 10–15 consistent hours each week is necessary

• Proven track record of excellence in your field

• Must be receptive to coaching and guidance; coachable

• Exhibit professional communication and integrity

• Background or experience in sales, financial services, banking, accounting, wealth management, teaching, coaching, nursing, military, first-responder careers, business ownership, or management is preferred

• Must adhere to established systems and directives

• Life insurance licensing is required to conduct business; unlicensed candidates may acquire licensing after hiring
