Part-Time Nominee Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Nominee Director to ensure corporate compliance

• Authorize documents pertaining to bank account applications and company management

• Provide assistance with occasional compliance inquiries

• Support the completion of initial setup and banking paperwork, which will take approximately 1–2 hours in the first month

• Manage duties typically limited to once or twice annually following the initial month

• Capable of executing occasional administrative tasks upon request
