Licensed Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver remote telehealth services to adolescent and young adult clients.

• Improve mental health and substance use programs.

• Work part-time or full-time as a W-2 clinician.

• Provide group services and foster strong client relationships, with a maximum of 8 clients per group.

• Engage in case discussions and collaborate with fellow clinicians.

• Conduct in-depth work to facilitate sustainable healing.

• Maintain consistent weekly schedules and manageable caseloads.

⛳️ Requirements

• MUST POSSESS EITHER AN INDEPENDENT OR ASSOCIATE LICENSE IN CALIFORNIA.

• Accepted licenses include: APCC, ASW, AMFT, LCSW, LPCC, LMFT.

• Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinician (all disciplines are welcome).

• Master’s degree in mental health or a related field.

• Experience working with teens and young adults.

• Proficient and confident in integrating various modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR); MI certification is a plus.

• Enthusiastic and skilled in group services.

• Available during evenings to accommodate client needs; evening availability is required for full-time roles.

• Availability of 12-40 hours per week, depending on part-time or full-time W-2 status.

• Familiarity with cloud-based tools (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox), EMR, and outcomes software.

• Experience with youth and young adults is highly preferred.
