πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Deliver timely and meaningful feedback to students on various assessment tasks.

β€’ Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment centered around students.

β€’ Meet all deadlines for required tasks, including final grades, assessments, grading rubrics, and input for grade appeals.

β€’ Maintain relevant professional training and/or engage in scholarly activities as necessary.

β€’ Offer feedback to the course lead regarding the course material.

β€’ Identify students at risk and collaborate with student services for support.

β€’ Collaborate closely with the Academic Program Director and fellow faculty members within the program.

β€’ Enhance program quality, student engagement, and overall student success.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A doctoral degree in Human Resources, Human Resource Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management with significant Human Resources coursework and/or professional experience, or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution is required.

β€’ 3–5 years of experience in graduate and/or doctoral-level higher education teaching is preferred.

β€’ Prior experience serving on doctoral dissertation committees is preferred.

β€’ Experience as a dissertation chair is preferred.

β€’ Demonstrated ongoing scholarly activity, such as peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations, or scholarly research, is preferred.

β€’ Experience in mentoring doctoral students is preferred.

β€’ Professional HR certifications like SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or GPHR are preferred.

β€’ Online teaching experience at the doctoral level is preferred.

β€’ Familiarity with qualitative, quantitative, and/or mixed-methods research is preferred.

β€’ A cover letter is required.

β€’ A curriculum vitae is required.

β€’ Unofficial transcripts of the highest degree attained are required.
