πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Serve as a strategic advisor and active participant within the Education division.

β€’ Align human capital initiatives with overall business goals.

β€’ Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate and execute HR strategies.

β€’ Offer insights and recommendations regarding business strategies.

β€’ Lead initiatives in talent acquisition, employee development, and retention.

β€’ Provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters.

β€’ Spearhead performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and creating development plans.

β€’ Identify and address organizational needs, such as change management, team dynamics, and leadership growth.

β€’ Utilize HR metrics and analytics to guide decision-making and evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

β€’ Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

β€’ Lead and engage in various HR projects and initiatives.

β€’ Occasionally travel for business needs, training, or conferences.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

β€’ Over 9 years of experience in the HR field.

β€’ 3–4 years of experience in managing an HR Team or Center of Excellence.

β€’ MBA or Master’s degree in Organizational Development is preferred.

β€’ SHRM certification is preferred.

β€’ Experience with educational institutions or organizations supporting education programs is preferred.

β€’ Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

β€’ Proven capability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.

β€’ Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools.

β€’ Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

β€’ Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational strategy.

β€’ Ability to lead and influence without direct authority.

β€’ Capability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
