This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management and development strategy that aligns with the organization’s objectives and values.
• Manage the entire performance management cycle within Lattice, which includes goal setting, regular check-ins, review cycles, and calibration processes.
• Create and execute employee engagement and culture initiatives, translating results into actionable plans and ensuring follow-through on changes.
• Maintain and administer the existing Litmos and Articulate/Rise learning systems and oversee training activities.
• Collaborate with the Chief People Officer on talent gap assessments and capacity planning.
• Evaluate organizational capability needs and implement programs designed to enhance critical skills and develop leadership pipelines.
• Oversee manager coaching, documentation, and performance correction guides; track their usage and update them based on empirical evidence.
• Lead, mentor, and develop two Talent Development professionals.
• Utilize workforce analytics and talent metrics to evaluate program success.
• Develop a succession planning strategy and talent review methodology.
• Create a leadership development program for managers coming from three legacy organizations.
• Design a comprehensive learning program.
• Formulate a strategy for the high-volume, predominantly hourly Student Success workforce.
• Report directly to the Chief People Officer.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or learning and development, which includes direct design and delivery of performance or leadership programs, or a comparable combination of education and experience (Manager level).
• At least 8 years of progressively responsible experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR functions, including the ownership of enterprise-wide talent programs and experience in leading a team (Director level).
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing a performance management cycle that has been successfully completed by managers organization-wide.
• Comprehensive experience managing employee engagement processes from beginning to end.
• Demonstrated ability to build succession plans and conduct talent reviews with senior leadership.
• Strong consultative skills with a high comfort level in working with talent data and assessing program effectiveness.
• Practical experience with Lattice or a similar performance and engagement platform, as well as proficiency in at least one learning management or content authoring system.
