Part-Time Faculty, Clinical Psychology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality instruction utilizing a pre-designed curriculum.

• Mentor doctoral students and engage in doctoral committees.

• Provide constructive feedback to facilitate successful program completion.

• Respond within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) through phone, email, and the courseroom.

• Travel throughout the US to attend doctoral residencies.

• Leverage the online learning platform to enhance the educational experience.

• Set evaluation criteria and clarify the evaluation process for learners.

• Comply with University policies and procedures.

• Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

• Engage in additional activities as per university requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Willingness and capability to travel to and teach at residencies 3–4 times annually, with each residency lasting 4–12 days; participation in at least half is expected.

• Proficiency in oral presentation, planning, and organizing course objectives.

• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

• Proven knowledge in academic evaluation.

• Familiarity with academic technology.

• Strong computer proficiency.

• Ability to professionally and ethically manage potentially stressful situations.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in the discipline for undergraduate-level instruction.

• A minimum of three years of professional experience in the discipline for graduate-level instruction.

• Research, scholarship, or accomplishments in the discipline required at the graduate level.

• Doctoral-level experience in conducting and overseeing research in the discipline.

• PhD in Psychology or a related field.

• A license in Psychology is required.

• All degrees must be conferred by a regionally accredited institution.

• Required certificates, licenses, and unofficial transcripts for all graduate degrees must be submitted.

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Visa sponsorship is not available.

• Must have access to a computer, privacy, reliable internet, phone, and video conferencing capabilities at a remote location.

• Must meet critical-thinking, problem-solving, and communication standards.

• Must be available to work over 40 hours per week when business needs arise.
