Part Time Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive financial reporting, accounting preparation, and documentation verification.

• Manage general accounting tasks, including the invoicing process.

• Facilitate collaboration with an external accounting and tax advisor.

• Assist with internal administrative duties, covering document flow and archive management.

• Design and enhance financial processes.

• Provide support and guidance to clients’ financial teams.

• Take on additional projects such as organizing events or supporting HR administration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in an accounting setting.

• Familiarity with accounting procedures and principles in Germany, and ideally in Switzerland.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, and/or Google Sheets.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks with flexibility, rapidly adjust priorities, and focus on new initiatives.

• Open-minded and professional demeanor towards individuals and new situations in a diverse, multicultural environment.

• Fluent in German and English in a professional setting.

• Previous experience with the Stripe Payment platform is an advantage.
