Paralegal, Unlawful Detainers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee discovery and eDiscovery processes

• Prepare for trials and offer courtroom assistance

• Formulate case strategies

• Manage case strategies and docketing

• Draft legal documents such as motions

• Assist attorneys during depositions, mediations, trials, and various proceedings

• Work collaboratively with attorneys and legal experts to create effective strategies

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in landlord/tenant law and unlawful detainers

• Capability to independently handle multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail

• Strong understanding of applicable laws, regulations, and procedures

• Experience in litigation and trial support

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Experience with Unlawful Detainers or a Paralegal Certification from a recognized program

• Must reside in the Los Angeles area
