This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Intake, organize, and manage files within the matter management system.

• Generate reports and create data visualizations for team performance metrics and KPIs.

• Oversee discovery processes, including the collection, organization, and preparation of data for production.

• Issue and supervise litigation holds.

• Draft basic documents, such as correspondence, discovery and subpoena responses, affidavits and declarations, settlement agreements, and other necessary paperwork.

• Maintain and organize case files, records, and documentation in the matter management system.

• Investigate facts and gather pertinent documents related to disputes.

• Maintain and submit litigation and compliance reports.

• Manage the service of process.

• Collaborate with the Finance department to process payments for legal settlements and other requirements.

• Oversee the administrative responsibilities of the Disputes team, including invoicing, filing, calendaring, and scheduling meetings.

• Assist with other projects as necessary.

• Provide crucial legal support to the Disputes Team for lawsuits, subpoenas, small claims, product claims, and related issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate Degree or Certificate in Paralegal Studies or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.

• Must successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including verification of employment history, education, background screening, and drug testing where permitted by law.

• Safety-sensitive positions may necessitate cannabis (marijuana) testing.
