This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement and enhance Paid Search & YouTube campaigns.
• Assist in the planning, research, structuring, launching, and ongoing management of campaigns.
• Monitor daily pacing, budgets, KPIs, shifts in search demand, and overall campaign performance.
• Identify risks and opportunities promptly and clearly.
• Create and apply optimizations in areas such as bidding, budgets, keywords, search queries, audiences, creative assets, placements, and campaign structure.
• Evaluate ad copy, keyword, audience, and landing page performance in relation to client goals, including A/B testing and documentation.
• Aid in weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting by uncovering performance narratives and converting platform data into actionable insights.
• Conduct research on competitors, keywords, the search landscape, and the marketplace.
• Ensure quality assurance across campaign builds, trafficking, tracking, budgets, naming conventions, and reporting.
• Oversee campaigns for key clients and assist in broadening capabilities in shopping, Performance Max, commerce, and search-adjacent media.
• Provide research, insights, case studies, and suggestions for process enhancements.
• Represent Paid Search & YouTube during internal and client meetings.
• Clarify campaign performance, recommendations, and next steps with support from channel leadership.
• Collaborate with Client Service, Integrated Planning, Analytics, Creative, Media Investment, AdOps, and Project Management teams.
• Cultivate relationships with platform and technology partners, sharing pertinent updates and best practices.
• Prioritize and execute tasks across multiple accounts, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining quality.
• Adhere to agency processes, keep documentation up to date, and communicate proactively about potential risks.
• Balance short-term efficiency with clients’ growth, acquisition, revenue, lead quality, and brand objectives.
• Contribute to the growth of the Digital Media team through knowledge sharing, training, process development, and skill enhancement.
• 2–3 years of direct experience in executing paid search campaigns.
• Familiarity with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads; certifications on these platforms are preferred.
• Experience in activating and optimizing YouTube campaigns.
• Experience with Search Ads 360 is an advantage.
• Advertising agency background is a plus.
• Proficient in campaign trafficking, tracking, reporting, budget management, and deriving performance insights through data analysis.
• Ability to identify performance variables, suggest optimizations, and communicate the rationale and expected impact clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and effective project management skills.
• Commitment to rigorous quality assurance practices.
• A collaborative spirit, creative problem-solving approach, intellectual curiosity, and a drive to exceed client expectations.
• Interest in ad tech, AI-driven search, automation, commerce, digital trends, and the evolving consumer discovery landscape.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 2–3 times annually.
