This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Create, oversee, and enhance Google Ads campaigns tailored for camps and enrichment initiatives.
• Optimize keywords, search terms, negative keywords, bidding strategies, geographic targeting, and budget distribution.
• Experiment with ad copy and landing pages to boost registration completions and improve acquisition efficiency.
• Develop and enhance Facebook and Instagram campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
• Design and test target audiences, creative concepts, messaging, and promotional offers.
• Craft ad copy and supply creative briefs to the content team.
• Formulate a prioritized SEO strategy for camps, after-school programs, and local enrollment opportunities.
• Execute keyword research focused on search intent and business value.
• Enhance program and location pages, including titles, headings, content, and internal linking structures.
• Utilize Google Search Console and analytics to uncover opportunities and assess performance fluctuations.
• Recognize technical SEO challenges impacting crawling, indexing, and website usability.
• Implement SEO enhancements and coordinate changes with developers.
• Boost local search visibility through precise business information and location-based content.
• Evaluate organic search performance through metrics like qualified traffic, inquiries, and registrations.
• Verify conversion tracking across advertising platforms, analytics, and the registration process.
• Align reported conversions with actual registrations and revenue outcomes.
• Distribute advertising budgets based on timing, location, enrollment priorities, and capacity considerations.
• Diagnose whether underwhelming results derive from targeting, creative aspects, landing pages, tracking, or registration barriers.
• Provide succinct weekly reports detailing results, adjustments, insights gained, and planned actions.
• Proven hands-on experience in managing both Google Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and budget management.
• Established SEO experience with concrete examples of executed work and measurable results.
• Proficient in Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
• Experience in implementing or troubleshooting conversion tracking mechanisms.
• Strong analytical skills and the capacity to articulate performance changes and data-driven decisions.
• Ability to link marketing efforts to customer acquisition and revenue generation.
• Exceptional communication skills, dependable follow-through, and accountability for results.
• Experience with local consumer services, family programs, education, or seasonal businesses is preferred.
• Previous experience in the NYC parenting market is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with AI tools and platform certifications is a plus.

• Two brief examples of personally managed paid campaigns are required: one Google Ads campaign and one Meta Ads campaign, including dates, spending, objectives, conversion definitions, results, exact responsibilities, and specific optimizations.
