SEA Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Search

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee international performance campaigns from the initial strategy to execution.

• Maintain direct communication with clients.

• Provide advice on and implement campaign optimizations using relevant tools.

• Plan, manage, and enhance Search, Shopping, Display, Video, and App campaigns.

• Track and manage KPIs, budgets, and overall performance.

• Develop setups for A/B/N and multivariate testing.

• Assess test outcomes and generate actionable optimizations.

• Prepare reports for clients, including results and a clear narrative.

• Collaborate closely with the Team Lead and interdisciplinary experts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Initial or extensive experience in performance marketing, particularly in SEA/Paid Search.

• A customer-centric mindset coupled with a solution-oriented approach.

• Confident, persuasive, and professional communication skills with clients and colleagues in both daily operations and pitches.

• Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics.

• Proficiency in English for regular professional use.

• Proficiency in German at C1 level or above.

• Relevant certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
