This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +6 more states.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the media Agency of Record (AOR) and ACS on a daily basis.
• Implement in-house ad-hoc social media and search media strategies and investments.
• Collaborate with Strategic Marketing, Project Management, and Creative teams to convert media briefs and plans into actionable marketing tactics and deliverables.
• Lead the integration of first-party data strategies and audience modeling to shape the paid media approach.
• Foster acquisition, retention, and reactivation efforts among key target segments.
• Partner with the digital marketing team to analyze web analytics, KPIs, pixels, conversions, forecasts, related web traffic, and SEO in relation to media planning and buying.
• Offer channel expertise and insights to inform media mix decisions, validate reporting, and enhance performance.
• Oversee the digital media agency and ensure accountability in meeting established goals.
• Guarantee that paid media initiatives support and enhance other revenue-generating programs within the marketing organization.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in media planning.
• Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong knowledge of media planning and execution.
• Thorough understanding of SEO, SEM, SMO, and PPC.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Ad Studio is advantageous.
• Background in building, analyzing, and deploying CRM, lookalike, and third-party audience segments.
• Familiarity with LiveRamp or similar platforms is a plus.
• Ability to navigate the web privacy landscape effectively.
• Understanding of measurement and attribution solutions, such as Conversions API (CAPI).
