This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish, oversee, and enhance Google Ads campaigns (Search, PMax, Demand Gen, App, YouTube) and manage Apple Search Ads to achieve performance objectives.

• Perform keyword and competitor analysis to enhance targeting, relevance, and positioning.

• Develop and test ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages, coordinating A/B tests to boost conversion rates.

• Evaluate performance metrics (CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS), identifying trends and opportunities for optimization across keywords, audiences, and placements.

• Oversee budget management, expenditure tracking, and quality assurance across various platforms.

• Create and sustain reporting dashboards, converting data into actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.

• Collaborate across departments to ensure campaigns adhere to brand, Responsible Gaming, and regulatory standards.

• Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns within KTO's regulated iGaming framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with Google Ads: campaign structure, keyword research, text ads, bidding strategies, and Search / PMax / Demand Gen / App / YouTube campaigns.

• Expertise in Google Ads and business intelligence reporting, including report generation, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Strong grasp of essential acquisition metrics: CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and budget management.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

• Capacity to manage various stakeholders and work collaboratively across departments.

• Detail-oriented, with an emphasis on campaign performance and ongoing improvement.

• Ability to maintain organization and manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Willingness to learn, experiment, and cultivate expertise in performance marketing.
