This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and sustain paid media strategies that deliver results for clients.
• Partner with internal team members and external publishing partners to formulate strategic media plans across search, programmatic, and social channels.
• Oversee campaign setup, planning, execution, optimization, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with the analytics team to implement conversion tracking and perform testing on ads and landing pages.
• Manage bids and campaign budgets utilizing AI and proprietary tools.
• Evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights to enhance results.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to clients.
• Work in conjunction with SEO and creative teams to improve campaign outcomes.
• Engage with clients regarding status updates, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and performance reporting.
• Ensure that both internal and external stakeholders comprehend campaign requirements, results, and future directions.
• Utilize Claude and other AI tools for efficient and accurate work, exercising discretion regarding output quality.
• Remain informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices.
• 3+ years of practical experience managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience with DSP platforms like The Trade Desk, Simpli.fi, Yahoo DSP, and others is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in AI tools and systems, including AI functionalities integrated into ad platforms and standalone tools like Chat GPT, Google Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.
• Strong analytical abilities, with familiarity in tools such as Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of creating conversion actions and pixels within advertising platforms.
• Proven experience in effectively managing substantial paid media budgets ($1M+ annually).
• Experience utilizing spreadsheets and bulk editing tools for large-scale account modifications and campaign creation.
• Capability to prioritize and manage a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for direct interaction with clients, both orally and in writing.
• Experience in a digital agency setting, particularly with enterprise-level clients.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, or Meta.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
