This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and uphold paid media strategies that yield results for clients.
• Partner with internal team members and external publisher associates to create strategic media plans across search, programmatic, and social channels.
• Oversee the setup, planning, construction, optimization, and monitoring of campaigns.
• Collaborate with the analytics team to implement conversion tracking and perform testing on ads and landing pages.
• Manage bids and campaign budgets utilizing AI and proprietary tools.
• Evaluate campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to enhance results.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to clients.
• Work alongside SEO and creative teams to boost campaign performance.
• Keep clients informed about status, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and performance reports.
• Ensure both internal and external stakeholders comprehend campaign requirements, outcomes, and future directions.
• Utilize Claude and other AI tools to operate efficiently and accurately, employing judgment to identify subpar outputs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.
• 3+ years of practical experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
• Experience with DSP platforms like The Trade Desk, Simpli.fi, Yahoo DSP, and others is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proficient in AI tools and systems, including AI functionalities integrated into ad platforms and independent tools like ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.
• Strong analytical abilities, with familiarity in tools such as Google Analytics.
• Understanding of how to establish conversion actions and pixels within advertising platforms.
• Proven experience managing substantial paid media budgets of $1M+ annually.
• Skilled in using spreadsheets and bulk editing tools to implement large account-wide changes and create numerous campaigns at scale.
• Capacity to manage and prioritize a demanding workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate directly with clients both verbally and in writing.
• Experience in a digital agency setting working with enterprise-level clients.
• Certifications in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, or Meta.
• Experience with A/B testing.
• Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices.
