This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the management of strategic resources, templates, and previous media plans for onboarding new team members and clients.
• Address billing, access, and account ownership concerns during the onboarding process.
• Ensure that new accounts are established in financial tracking systems prior to the handoff.
• Conduct structured account audits for each new client.
• Record account histories, identify structural challenges, and pinpoint quick wins.
• Create and sustain audit frameworks and templates.
• Review targeting configurations, asset organization, and naming conventions.
• Manage onboarding readout templates and facilitate post-onboarding retrospectives.
• Promote platform certification and highlight platform updates, beta features, and industry news.
• Integrate competitive landscape analysis into onboarding audits.
• Oversee the entire team member onboarding lifecycle from pre-hire checklists to initial ramp-up.
• Lead the training and learning-and-development initiatives, including Lunch & Learns and remedial training sessions.
• Communicate the status of onboarding, timelines, kickoff procedures, and ramp-down criteria to the Account Management team.
• Coordinate onboarding efforts across Account Management, Ad Operations, Human Resources, and Finance.
• Maintain the paid media operations hub.
• Encourage the use of Asana and Google Drive for task tracking and documentation.
• Ensure that SOPs and best-practice resources are up to date.
• Incorporate AI tools into onboarding, auditing, and training workflows.
• Document replicable workflows for team standardization.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, operations, communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5–8 years of pertinent experience.
• Experience in an agency or marketing services setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with paid media, possessing sufficient channel fluency to conduct account audits and lead training sessions.
• Proven experience in project management, training and development, learning enablement, or operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Outstanding organizational skills and adherence to processes.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Asana.
• Strong facilitation and mentoring capabilities.
• Ability to coordinate across teams and levels without direct authority.
