This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of the paid media strategy and implementation for a range of B2B clients, ensuring alignment with client objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Create, launch, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other pertinent channels.
• Track performance metrics and employ data-driven adjustments to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
• Formulate and evaluate audience strategies, creative methodologies, and landing page concepts to foster growth.
• Oversee budgets and pacing to synchronize expenditure with performance metrics and client expectations.
• Generate insight-driven reports and presentations that articulate results and subsequent actions to clients.
• Collaborate with strategy, analytics, and creative teams to produce cohesive campaigns.
• Ensure accurate tracking and attribution, including UTM structures, conversion tracking, and platform configurations.
• Stay updated on platform changes, industry developments, and emerging opportunities.
• Explore AI tools and workflows for reporting, quality assurance checks, and performance assessment.
• Develop and enhance internal systems, templates, and light automation processes.
• Engage in testing, learning, and ongoing improvement within the paid media team.
• Extensive experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and Microsoft Ads.
• Proven agency experience with B2B clients and an understanding of extended sales cycles and lead quality.
• Confidence in overseeing the paid media strategy comprehensively across multiple client accounts.
• Proficiency in audience targeting, bid strategy formulation, budget allocation, and A/B testing.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance data such as CTR, CVR, and CPA.
• Capability to manage various clients simultaneously while adapting to shifting priorities with excellent organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills to translate performance insights into actionable recommendations for clients.
• Experience in creating reporting decks, preferably using Figma.
• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and seek out solutions proactively.
• Background in developing or enhancing internal documentation, templates, and processes.
• Keen interest in AI and automation, with a desire to leverage new tools for improved efficiency and campaign performance.
• Familiarity with platforms like Demandbase, Reddit, Taboola, or other emerging technologies is a plus.
