Paid Marketing Manager – APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Create, implement, and enhance paid user acquisition campaigns across programmatic platforms, direct media purchases, and compliant social channels within designated target markets.

• Oversee regional paid media budgets.

• Monitor performance metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and CPA.

• Optimize ROI and expand high-converting traffic sources.

• Work in collaboration with creative and product teams to tailor ad copy, banners, and landing pages for localization.

• Ensure that assets are culturally relevant, accurately translated, and that conversion funnels are optimized for local markets.

• Navigate regional advertising regulations related to iGaming.

• Manage tracking links, postbacks, and analytics tools.

• Observe real-time campaign health and funnel performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in scaling regional paid media campaigns.

• Fluent or native English speaker.

• Proficiency in other regional priority languages is a significant advantage.

• Extensive knowledge of iGaming or cryptocurrency user acquisition through paid channels.

• Experience in DSP/SSP programmatic buying, cryptocurrency ad networks, push/native traffic, and direct publisher purchases.

• Strong technical expertise in campaign tracking, attribution platforms, landing page optimization, and analytics tools.

• Familiarity with AppsFlyer, Voluum, and Google Analytics.

• Proven experience managing significant monthly performance budgets.

• Track record of achieving strict CAC and ROAS targets in restricted or gray-market jurisdictions.

• Practical, entrepreneurial experience in performance marketing.
