Paid Ads Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance Meta and Google advertising campaigns on a daily basis for a portfolio of more than 20 medical spa clients.

• Craft compelling ad copy and landing page content aimed at driving measurable results.

• Develop email and SMS sequences designed to guide leads towards scheduled appointments.

• Evaluate comprehensive performance metrics across ads, landing pages, follow-ups, and bookings; determine the appropriate times to scale, pivot, or pause initiatives.

• Address underperforming landing pages and experiment with new creative strategies, target audiences, and offers.

• Facilitate weekly internal strategy meetings, presenting a clear perspective on effective actions and future steps.

• Participate in client calls when strategic guidance is necessary, clearly articulating performance outcomes and subsequent actions.

• Collaborate with the Account Manager to steer portfolio strategy and identify upsell opportunities.

• Link advertising expenditures to actual practice revenue, concentrating on increasing both bookings and treatment volume.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience managing paid campaigns, with extensive expertise in Meta Ads and a solid working knowledge of Google Ads.

• Demonstrated ability to produce high-converting ad copy and landing page content.

• Comprehensive understanding of full-funnel marketing and the customer journey from the initial click to conversion.

• Proficient in conveying strategies directly to clients, ensuring clear communication of recommendations.

• Proven history of leading meetings with definitive recommendations and strategic insights.

• Experience working with designers on creative direction and testing innovative campaign approaches.

• Background in medical aesthetics is advantageous.

• Familiarity with GoHighLevel is a plus.

• Must reside in a Latin American (LATAM) country.
