Paid Acquisition Lead – Google Ads, AI Product Launch

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Conduct audits, validate, and refine the Google Ads strategy for search-centric global markets.

• Expand the existing $100k/month foundation to achieve a profitable $1M+/month expenditure.

• Dismantle and reconstruct setups that are ineffective at scale.

• Directly manage the global Google Ads operations from initial validation through to extensive optimization.

• Work closely with the CEO on budget forecasting, growth strategies, and P&L management.

• Evaluate funnel data and enhance the complete user journey from impression to conversion.

• Rigorously assess current acquisition systems and rebuild the engine as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in building a Google Ads channel across international markets, starting from a new account to achieving substantial profitable spending, up to $1M or more.

• Proficient hands-on knowledge of Google Ads Search with the ability to meet CPA/ROAS objectives.

• Familiarity with SaaS and mobile metrics, including LTV, CAC, retention, churn, and payback period.

• Expertise in establishing Google Ads, GTM, and tracking architectures from the ground up.

• Experience with GA4, AppsFlyer, or Adjust.

• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English proficiency or above.

• Capability to excel in uncertain situations, work independently, and quickly adapt based on data insights.
