Packaging Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate new and existing end-user clients for packaging solutions.

• Explore opportunities with multi-site end users in the Food & Beverage, Healthcare, and e-fulfillment sectors.

• Work in collaboration with packaging sales teams, internal sales personnel, end users, and channel partners.

• Set sales targets and utilize resources and strategies to surpass sales goals.

• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders across various levels of the buying process.

• Generate new business leads.

• Provide insights on both short-term and long-term growth objectives in line with business strategies.

• Enhance territory and account engagement.

• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security protocols.

• Foster a culture of Environmental Health and Safety by following safety guidelines, recognizing hazards, and participating in ongoing improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher (must be completed and verified before starting).

• A minimum of three (3) years of field sales experience with independent management of a designated territory.

• A current, valid driver's license.

• Experience in the packaging industry, specifically working through distribution (preferred qualification).

• A Master's degree in Business or Sales Development (preferred qualification).

• Five (5) years of professional field sales experience along with collaboration duties (preferred qualification).

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment visa status.

• May involve up to 50% domestic travel.
