Packaging Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Understand the packaging products, equipment, production processes, and hiring requirements of each client.

• Identify and engage candidates via direct outreach, referrals, networking, job boards, and established relationships.

• Evaluate candidates based on their equipment experience, product knowledge, leadership history, location, salary expectations, and career aspirations.

• Recruit for positions including flexographic press operator, die cutter and folder gluer operator, maintenance technician, production leader, and packaging sales roles.

• Present qualified candidates and facilitate interviews, feedback, offers, and follow-up communications.

• Cultivate a network in sectors such as flexible packaging, folding cartons, corrugated packaging, and labels.

• Keep candidate and client records updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Discover new hiring opportunities as relationships evolve.

• Provide support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Preferred experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales.

• A strong advantage is having experience in packaging, manufacturing, or industrial recruiting.

• Comfortable engaging with passive candidates.

• Ability to comprehend unfamiliar processes and equipment.

• Capable of managing multiple recruitment searches simultaneously.

• Strong sourcing abilities.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Professionalism and consistent follow-through.

• Familiarity with ATS, job boards, and standard communication platforms.
