P2P Growth Operations Manager – CIS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Enhance sales and support long-term business development by reaching out to and nurturing relationships with potential clients, agents, and partners.

• Address conflicts on the P2P platform between trading parties and assist clients in troubleshooting issues.

• Identify and understand the unique needs and challenges of customers.

• Conduct document verification in accordance with established procedures.

• Oversee transactions, investigate, and report any suspicious activities.

• Review, prioritize, and respond to customer inquiries.

• Develop, manage, implement, and continuously improve marketing campaigns.

• Lead ongoing market research to promote product and market expansion.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in marketing and/or business development within the finance or e-commerce sectors.

• Familiarity with the Blockchain/Cryptocurrency industry.

• Excellent written communication skills and strong listening abilities.

• Capability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.

• Knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and P2P payment systems.
