Outsourcing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily supply chain and procurement functions, assisting the team in achieving quality results.

• Handle the complete procurement process, which includes sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.

• Formulate and execute procurement strategies that align with company objectives, focusing on cost reduction and quality benchmarks.

• Work collaboratively with cross-departmental teams to determine procurement requirements and ensure the prompt and effective delivery of goods and services.

• Establish and sustain supplier partnerships, negotiate advantageous terms, and ensure adherence to contracts.

• Track market developments and perform supplier evaluations to maintain competitive pricing and quality.

• Guarantee compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and industry regulations throughout the procurement process.

• Balance multiple priorities and foster team development.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred, along with substantial experience in procurement or supply chain management.

• Demonstrated experience in overseeing procurement operations, which includes vendor negotiation, contract management, and strategic sourcing.

• Strong leadership and organizational capabilities, with proficiency in managing procurement teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities, capable of establishing and maintaining robust relationships with suppliers and internal teams.

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities, with experience in managing procurement budgets and identifying cost-saving initiatives.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and dedicated to enhancing efficiency and compliance in procurement processes.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 10%).
