This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Propel revenue growth through proactive sales initiatives.
• Develop and nurture customer relationships.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Assess customer needs, preferences, and project specifications to suggest temporary fabric solutions and additional services or equipment.
• Discover and pursue new business prospects via cold calling, networking, and various sales tactics.
• Foster connections with current and prospective customers, contractors, and industry associates.
• Create precise and competitive rental quotes and proposals.
• Negotiate rental contracts, terms, and conditions while maximizing profitability and conforming to company policies.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor actions, and market changes.
• Offer customer support from the initial inquiry to post-rental follow-up.
• Maintain organized records of sales, customer interactions, and rental transactions using the company's CRM system and other resources.
• Enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry insights through training, workshops, and self-directed learning.
• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Over 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the construction, equipment rental, or a related sector.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
• Completion of a 60-90 day training period is necessary.
• Must be prepared to travel approximately 75% of the time nationwide during the training phase.
