This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +4 more states.
• Identify and engage with potential clients within a specific territory to enhance business growth and market presence.
• Promote products and value-added services through informative sessions, including lunch-and-learns.
• Document new prospects in the database and maintain up-to-date project and bid statuses.
• Represent ISCO at trade shows, professional associations, and conferences.
• Conduct product demonstrations, network, and acquire new clients.
• Research solutions for the needs of prospects and customers utilizing available sales tools.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of ISCO products and services to prospects and clients.
• Develop accounts and cultivate customer relationships.
• Establish alliances and partnerships with customers to optimize revenue opportunities.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and foster positive business relationships.
• Prepare sales documentation, including quotes, submittals, market analyses, and sales expense reports for management.
• Address issues and occasionally assist with the collection of receivables.
• Coordinate sales initiatives with the customer service associate.
• Prepare for and participate in sales meetings, providing presentations and reports.
• Make decisions and negotiate pricing related to sales activities.
• Facilitate and take part in pre-construction installation meetings and product training sessions.
• Offer support to customers through project and construction site visits and installation-related resources.
• Perform additional duties as required.
